What should I know in regards to Calls Recording?

     Call recordings are provided to businesses and residential customers, by special request. You may record calls for all, or the selected extensions under your account. Recordings are available to download from the "VoIP My Account" portal and may be forwarded to email once the recording is done. Call recording storage cannot exceed 1 GB of data, removing the old files, and stored, not more than 365 days, regardless of the size of storage used.

 

Very Important:

According to Australian law, you must notify your customers that the call may be recorded and explain the purpose of this recording. That is truly your responsibility to inform your customers/employees according to recorded calls.
