We recommend to use Zoiper softphone applications on your smartphone and PC as tested and sustainable VoIP software client solution with pre-existed configuration for Australian Phone VoIP provider. Please visit https://www.zoiper.com/ to download software client for your device.

  • Use Login with a QR code
  • And scan your code from this page

  • Click on "Providers list"
  • And Select "Australian Phone"

  • Once QR code recognised enter your SIP device username and password from Personal Details > Devices as above

  • Double check your entry and click "OK"
  • Wait a moment and accoint is ready

  • Enter SIP Username from your Device settings to Username filed
  • Enter SIP Password to Password field
  • Click "Create an account"
  • Enter hostname as realm from your device settings
  • That is demo.pbx.australianphone.com.au in example, you will have your own
  • Click "Next" to continue

  • Click "Skip" on proxy settins

  • Make sure that "TCP" is selected
  • Click "Finish"
  • Wait a moment and accoint is ready

 

 Please check if you have problems with incoming calls on Zoiper using mobile operators:

Incoming calls should be working fine after that.
