May I have an access to emergency services to '000'

    We are currently providing access to '000' emergency services (Police, Fire and Ambulance) for subscribers ONLY WITH EXISTING AUSTRALIAN local NUMBERS. It means that you need to be on Standard or Local Unlimited plans. If you are in the Started plan you are not able to make any call to '000'. Please have handy landline or mobile phone to have access to emergency services. Also, you should note that due to the nature of VoIP telephony emergency call operator is unable to identify your location and this is FULLY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to provide COMPREHENSIVE information according to your location.
